The Hex 40 has 40mm aluminium legs with a 1.6mm wall thickness and features high-strength molded plastic and nylon brackets. The Hex 50 models have larger 50mm legs, thicker aluminium walls (1.8mm or 2.2mm), and reinforced aluminium brackets for increased durability and load-bearing strength.
The Hex 40 frame is noticeably lighter than the Hex 50 and Ultra Hex 50 models—making it easier to transport and set up—while still providing a strong and reliable frame for typical outdoor events. It is best suited for medium-duty applications.
