Warranty Coverage by Frame
- GZBO Ultra Hex 50: 6-Year Warranty
- GZBO Hex 50: 5-Year Warranty
- GZBO Hex 40: 2-Year Warranty
Our warranties are designed to reflect the quality and durability of each model, so you can choose the frame that best suits your needs with confidence.
What's Covered
Frames:
- ✔ If your GZBO frame develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll supply the necessary replacement parts to get your gazebo back in action.
- ✔ A flat-rate shipping fee of £39 applies to all approved claims.
Accessories:
- ✔ Items such as roller bags, wall storage bags, and carry bags are covered for a one-time repair or replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Canopies & Walls:
- ✔ All gazebo tops and walls include a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s Not Covered:
- ✘Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- ✘Weather-related damage (e.g., storms, wind, heavy rain)
- ✘Normal wear and tear from regular use
- ✘Unauthorised modifications or repairs
How to Submit a Warranty Request
Making a claim is simple:
- Complete the Warranty Form – Fill out the claim form at the bottom of this page.
- Provide Photos – Upload clear photographs showing the issue and the affected part(s). Please do not dispose of the damaged items until your claim is resolved.
- Assessment – Our Warranty Specialist will review your claim and confirm which replacement parts are required.
- Shipping Fee – Once approved, you’ll be asked to pay the flat-rate £39 shipping fee.
- Replacement Parts Sent – We’ll dispatch your parts quickly so you can get back to using your GZBO product.
Important Notes
- Keep all original parts until your claim has been fully processed.
- Replacement parts are supplied like-for-like and matched to your original order.
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
- Proof of purchase may be required to validate your claim.
