Refund policy
Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your gazebo components (including canopy, frame, and/or accessories) must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from damage, marks, or signs of setup or use
- Returned with all original packaging and materials
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must not be sent without prior approval, as unauthorised packages will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Gazebos
We can only accept returns if the canopy, frame, and accessories are in original, unused condition.
This means:
- The canopy must not be creased from setup or use
- The frame must be clean, free of scratches or wear
- Any accessories (e.g. weights, walls, carry bags) must be unused
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your gazebo immediately upon delivery. If any part of your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-printed gazebos or branded accessories
- Items that have been assembled, used, or exposed to weather
- Replacement parts purchased separately (unless faulty)
- Sale or clearance items
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before proceeding.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, model, or configuration, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately.
UK & EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling-off” period under consumer law.
You may cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, provided that the gazebo and all components are returned in original, unused condition with full packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
