With 18m² of covered space, the GZBO Hex 40 3m x 6m is perfect for larger market pitches, team shelters, and extended catering areas where you still need portability. Its 40mm hex aluminium frame offers reliable strength while being lighter than our heavy-duty Ultra and Hex 50 models.
Constructed from premium G-Tex 600D fabric, this gazebo delivers waterproof, flame-resistant, and UV-protected performance in all conditions. Heat-sealed seams improve resistance to the elements, while reinforced stress points enhance structural longevity. Deep valances offer extended coverage for added shelter.

Illumipeak™ is a world-first patent-pending lighting system designed for the GZBO Hex 40 frame. Instead of relying on clip-on fixtures, Illumipeak™ replaces the standard peak pole with a built-in 360° light source that delivers clean, even illumination across the entire tent interior.
This size Hex 40 gazebo features two peak poles, allowing two Illumipeak™ units to be installed for expanded coverage. Both units can be linked together and powered from a single plug or battery, providing a streamlined lighting setup with no added clutter. Every Pro Series gazebo is engineered to support this upgrade, giving you a future-ready solution for evening events, early load-ins, and long operating schedules.

The GZBO Hex 40 features a lightweight yet durable 40mm aluminium hexagonal frame with a 1.6mm wall thickness. It offers reliable strength for regular use at events and markets, and is a step up from entry-level gazebos commonly found online or in retail stores.
The Hex 40 has 40mm aluminium legs with a 1.6mm wall thickness and features high-strength molded plastic and nylon brackets. The Hex 50 models have larger 50mm legs, thicker aluminium walls (1.8mm or 2.2mm), and reinforced aluminium brackets for increased durability and load-bearing strength.
The Hex 40 frame is noticeably lighter than the Hex 50 and Ultra Hex 50 models—making it easier to transport and set up—while still providing a strong and reliable frame for typical outdoor events. It is best suited for medium-duty applications.
