The GZBO Hex 50 3m x 3m offers professional-level strength in a convenient size, perfect for market traders, sports clubs, community events, and exhibitions. Its 50mm hexagonal aluminium frame has been refined over more than ten years to provide outstanding stability in unpredictable UK weather.
Our premium full-spectrum printing uses advanced dye-sublimation technology to produce vibrant, full-colour graphics with virtually unlimited design possibilities. Each gazebo is constructed from durable 600D PU-coated polyester that is UV-protected, fire-rated (CPAI-84 & NFPA 701), and machine washable for long-lasting performance.
Free 3D Visuals
Every custom GZBO printed order includes a complimentary 3D visual so you can see your design brought to life before production begins. We offer unlimited design revisions at the visual stage, so you can refine the layout until it looks exactly right. You can upload artwork in almost any file format for the initial visual stage, and your free visual will be emailed to you within 24 hours, often the same day!
Please include all artwork and design notes for our design team when placing your order. If your files are too large to upload, you can use a file transfer service such as Smash and include the download link in your design notes.
To make the process simple, here is how every custom gazebo order works:
- Design - Our team creates your free 3D visual based on the artwork and instructions you provide. We will work with you to make any changes needed until you are happy with the design.
- Artwork Review - Once the design is finalised, we review your submitted artwork to make sure it is suitable for large-format printing and identify whether any file adjustments are needed.
- Final Proof Approval - When everything is ready, our design team prepares a final print proof for your approval. Your order will only move into production once you have approved this final proof, giving you complete peace of mind before printing begins.

Print Proofs
When you receive your print proofs, please review them on a desktop computer using a PDF viewer. This is your final chance to make sure spelling is correct and everything meets your standards. There are no refunds on custom-printed products.

- Production Lead Time: Average production lead time on custom-printed products is 7-10 business days. Production lead time does NOT start at the time of order, but begins once print proofs are approved.

The GZBO Hex 50 features a robust 50mm aluminium hexagonal frame with a 1.8mm wall thickness, offering excellent strength and stability for professional use in challenging weather conditions. It outperforms many standard “heavy-duty” options on the market.
The Hex 50 frame has a 1.8mm wall thickness on both the legs and truss bars, while the Ultra Hex 50 is reinforced with a thicker 2.2mm wall. Both frames are 50mm in diameter, but the Ultra is heavier and comes with an additional years warranty.
Hex 50 frames are approximately 20% lighter than the Ultra Hex 50 due to the difference in aluminium wall thickness. This makes the Hex 50 slightly easier to transport and set up while still providing excellent strength.
Currently, the Hex 50 frame is available in Silver.
Yes. The G-Tex 600D polyester canopy is fully waterproof, flame-retardant, and UV-protected. All seams are heat-sealed for enhanced protection against rain and wind.
All of our gazebo frames have five adjustable height settings, with a maximum walk-in clearance of 7ft (approx. 213cm), ideal for professional environments where headroom matters.
The GZBO Hex 50 is backed by a 5-year frame warranty, providing long-term confidence for frequent commercial and event use.
