The GZBO Hex 50 2.5m × 2.5m Custom Gazebo delivers commercial-grade strength in a compact, space-efficient format. At its core is a heavy-duty 50mm hex-profile aluminium frame, engineered to provide outstanding rigidity and wind resistance while remaining practical to transport and deploy. This high-spec structure is built for frequent use and demanding environments where reliability is critical.
The canopy is produced from premium 600D polyester that is fully waterproof, flame-retardant, and UV-treated for all-season performance. Heat-sealed seams prevent water ingress, while the 16″ deep valances give your branding maximum visibility from every angle.
All artwork is applied using unlimited dye-sublimation printing, permanently infusing vibrant colour into the fabric so graphics won’t peel, crack, or fade. Every order includes free 3D visual proofs, allowing you to review and approve your design before production begins.
With five adjustable height positions and a comfortable 7 ft walk-in clearance, the 2.5m × 2.5m Hex 50 is perfectly suited for trade shows, motorsport pits, mobile retailers, and promotional teams. The frame is backed by a 5-year warranty for long-term confidence.

- Free Visuals: Every order includes a complimentary visual to bring your design ideas to life. Enjoy unlimited design changes to ensure everything is perfect. We accept all image formats for the visual stage, and your free visual will be emailed to you within 24 hours – often on the same day.
- Print Proofs: Once your design is finalised, we’ll prepare a detailed print proof. High-resolution images are required if artwork isn’t supplied in vector format, although we recommend vector files for the best possible print quality. We also Pantone-match colours to guarantee accuracy. Production lead time begins once your print proof has been approved.

Please download the PDF artwork template above, complete your design, and upload the finished template when placing your order. If your files are too large to upload, simply complete your order and a member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours.To ensure the best possible print quality, we require:
- All text and strokes to be outlined
- All images to be embedded
- Any pixel-based artwork to be a minimum of 300dpi
- All important graphics kept within the marked template areas
Once we receive your artwork, it will automatically go through our free artwork check, and one of our graphic designers will prepare final print proofs for your review and approval. We will never send artwork to production without your final proof approval.

The GZBO Hex 50 features a robust 50mm aluminium hexagonal frame with a 1.8mm wall thickness, offering excellent strength and stability for professional use in challenging weather conditions. It outperforms many standard “heavy-duty” options on the market.
The Hex 50 frame has a 1.8mm wall thickness on both the legs and truss bars, while the Ultra Hex 50 is reinforced with a thicker 2.2mm wall. Both frames are 50mm in diameter, but the Ultra is heavier and comes with an additional years warranty.
Hex 50 frames are approximately 20% lighter than the Ultra Hex 50 due to the difference in aluminium wall thickness. This makes the Hex 50 slightly easier to transport and set up while still providing excellent strength.
Currently, the Hex 50 frame is available in Silver.
Yes. The G-Tex 600D polyester canopy is fully waterproof, flame-retardant, and UV-protected. All seams are heat-sealed for enhanced protection against rain and wind.
All of our gazebo frames have five adjustable height settings, with a maximum walk-in clearance of 7ft (approx. 213cm), ideal for professional environments where headroom matters.
The GZBO Hex 50 is backed by a 5-year frame warranty, providing long-term confidence for frequent commercial and event use.
