The premium 600D polyester canopy is waterproof, flameproof, and UV-protected, with heat-sealed seams to keep out rain. Deep 16″ valances create excellent space for branding and full-colour artwork.
Your design is produced with unlimited dye-sublimation printing, ensuring vivid colours that won’t fade. Each order includes free 3D visuals to preview your layout before production.
With five adjustable heights and a 7 ft walk-in clearance, it’s ideal for market traders, small businesses, sports teams, and mobile promotions. Backed by a 2-year frame warranty for peace of mind.

- Free Visuals: Every order includes a complimentary visual to bring your design ideas to life. Enjoy unlimited design changes to ensure everything is perfect. We accept all image formats for the visual stage, and your free visual will be emailed to you within 24 hours – often on the same day.
- Print Proofs: Once your design is finalised, we’ll prepare a detailed print proof. High-resolution images are required if artwork isn’t supplied in vector format, although we recommend vector files for the best possible print quality. We also Pantone-match colours to guarantee accuracy. Production lead time begins once your print proof has been approved.

If your files are too large to upload, simply complete your order and a member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours.To ensure the best possible print quality, we require:
- All text and strokes to be outlined
- All images to be embedded
- Any pixel-based artwork to be a minimum of 300dpi
- All important graphics kept within the marked template areas
Once we receive your artwork, it will automatically go through our free artwork check, and one of our graphic designers will prepare final print proofs for your review and approval. We will never send artwork to production without your final proof approval.

The GZBO Hex 40 features a lightweight yet durable 40mm aluminium hexagonal frame with a 1.6mm wall thickness. It offers reliable strength for regular use at events and markets, and is a step up from entry-level gazebos commonly found online or in retail stores.
The Hex 40 has 40mm aluminium legs with a 1.6mm wall thickness and features high-strength molded plastic and nylon brackets. The Hex 50 models have larger 50mm legs, thicker aluminium walls (1.8mm or 2.2mm), and reinforced aluminium brackets for increased durability and load-bearing strength.
The Hex 40 frame is noticeably lighter than the Hex 50 and Ultra Hex 50 models—making it easier to transport and set up—while still providing a strong and reliable frame for typical outdoor events. It is best suited for medium-duty applications.

Yes. The G-Tex 600D polyester canopy is fully waterproof, flame-retardant, and UV-protected. All seams are heat-sealed for enhanced protection against rain and wind.
All of our gazebo frames have five adjustable height settings, with a maximum walk-in clearance of 7ft (approx. 213cm), making the Hex 40 a practical option for most professional event spaces.
